State Health Polytechnic of Malang received an official visit from Tenjinkai, a Japanese based Social Welfare Corporation to socialize the company’s line business in providing personal care and the recruitment process of medical worker as caregiver. The event was attended by the president of Tenjinkai, Mr. Okazaki, and his entourages accompanied by Polkesma officials of Nursing Department and graduate students.

The Tenjinkai is one of the top 100 corporation in Japan which serves in nursing home services. Its service is well-recognized in japan for it’s full of love and devotion in providing high quality-long term care of elderly. Moreover, one of the facility available in Tenjinso, nursing elderly care center, is appointed as one of the training unit leader by Japan Unit Care Promotion Center.

HRD manager, Mr. Bisri Afna, alumni of Polkesma nursing graduates presented the Tinjinkai Profile Company and undertakings in home-care provider. Furthermore, the recruitment program done by the company is conducted through Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) for nursing graduates who are interested in working as caregiver. Later, Bisri Afna suggested graduates to apply legally through Badan Nasional Penempatan dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (BNP2TKI).

The assistant director III, Mr Ir. AAG Anom Aswin, MPS, in specific expressed his gratitude to Tenjinkai for the official visit to Polkesma to do company presentation about caregiver recruitment in institution of Tenjinkai.
